How to bypass Windows 11 internet requirement during first setup?
Windows 11 requires you to have your Windows user linked to a Microsoft account. Therefore you need to connect to the internet when setting up your PC.
Setup your PC.
Follow the Windows 11 install process until you get to the "choose a country" screen.
WARNING
Make sure you're not to connected to any network (WiFi or ethernet).
Open command prompt.
Now, you need to open CMD, you can do that by presing shift + F10 on your keyboard. You'll see the command prompt appear.
TIP
On some keyboards (especially laptops) you need to use the Function (FN) key to press F10.
Bypass network requirement.
Make sure the CMD window is active, now type the following:
OOBE\BYPASSNRONow press Enter, your PC will automaticly reboot and skip the network settings, you can now give your PC a name, make a local user account and enjoy your Microsoft account free Windows 11 install!
